Product description: The UFK-L as an additional piece of equip- ment after the compressor supports an efficient and economical purification of compressed air. The warm incoming air is lead over the cooling pipes where the cooling air is adsorbing the heat. The generated conden- sate will be drained by a cyclone separa- tor. In this product series, 14 different housings are available ranging from a volume flow of 20 to 3000 cfm. Features: The air cooled aftercooler consist of the cooling device in a steel plate cabinet, the fan with integrated electric motor and a cyclone separator. Aftercooler for Compressed Air and Gases UFK-L The aftercooler UFK-L is designed to cool compressed air, but can be used for other gases as well. inc.   ·  · · · Technical alterations reserved (Date 1/99) UFK-L Aftercooler, air cooled Technical data Materials: Housing Carbon steel Motor 0035–0175 230/115 V/50–60 Hz 0375–5000 200/115 V     /D 50–60Hz Surface finish Polyester powder coating Maximum operating temperature: 250°F Connection: 3/4–2” NPT 3–8” NPT ANSI flange Annotation: The nominal volume flow is related to 70°F inlet temperature at 50 % relative humidity with a air outlet temperature of 250°F and a difference of the tempera- ture between air outlet and waterinlet of 50°F.
